Dialogue with Ashura

You: I found a broken rune stone.

Ashura: A rune stone, huh? Mind if I take a look?

Ashura: ... This... I recognize this.

Ashura: This is the shell of an Umbraan explosive.

Ashura: As I'm sure you've learned, magic is highly regulated in the Palian Republic. Not so much in Umbraa.

Ashura: While the Republic Army had strength in numbers, Umbraa is full of caves... which made magical explosives an effective tactic against us.

Ashura: Thank you for bringing this to me. I don't think the Elderwood ever fully recovered from the War, but cleaning it up is the first step.

Ashura: If you don't mind, I'll be taking that from you. Don't think it's dangerous anymore, but I have an idea on how we can move forward.
