Eshelon: And no sight of our Echo-addled friend. I would consider that a success.
Eshelon: Now, the Administrator mentioned Eloine. Based on historical records of the area that could only mean Eloine Enfield.
You:
I've heard of them.
Eshelon: Then you know the Enfields essentially ruled this area during the Unification Wars. And that they primarily focused on magical weaponry.
Eshelon: From my understanding, the family was led by Majordomo Enfield at the time.
Eshelon: A rather... strict patriarch. He had four children, all of whom contributed to the family business.
Eshelon: If we are to find each Enfield scion's "Key", you should understand the Enfield in question.
Eshelon: Eloine was the youngest... and the outcast. Even among the Enfields she was considered a radical. Many of her experiments ran afoul of moral and legal boundaries.
Eshelon: Which was not, as I understand it, the problem the Enfields had with her. She was simply too, and I quote, "weird" for them.
Eshelon: Thus she was encouraged to set up her lab as far from the manor as possible. This cliff is where she conducted many of her experiments.
Eshelon: She should have a laboratory hidden somewhere on the grounds. Finding that is the first step to discovering her Key.
Eshelon: I'll leave that to you, {playername}. I've heard you've a knack for discovering the undiscovered.
Eshelon: When you find it, this key should unlock the door. Straight from the Institute's historical collection.
You:
Who, now??

You:
Save the history lesson.
Eshelon: I suppose not everyone can appreciate lessons from the past. Still, there are some things you should know before waltzing off into that tower.

You:
I bet she was totally normal and well-adjusted.
Eshelon: An interesting and entirely inaccurate hypothesis.
