Nai'o: Whoa! When you touched the map an icon appeared right where you were standing.
You:
Huh?
Nai'o: So I found this old map in the central stables. I couldn't recognize the writing on it, so I took it to Caleri.
Nai'o: She said it's ancient human ruins.
You:
You mean runes?
Nai'o: What's the difference?
Nai'o: Anway, she told me the map was powered by some kind of human magic, probably connected to an old stable system that was also used by the Umbraans.
Nai'o: She said over time the map lost its connection to the markers which is why there are no locations marked anymore.
Nai'o: She suspected that it could be reconnected using this rune tablet...which is like a special ancient runestone that doesn't run out of power or something.
Nai'o: Only, I can't do it because of the whole Majiri/magic thing.
You:
So you'll use me to skirt the law.
Nai'o: Oof, now I feel like Reth. We don't have to do this if you don't want to.
You:
I'm just teasing you.
Nai'o: Okay, that makes me feel better. I didn't want to trick you.
Nai'o: To find the rest of the stables all you have to do is touch the stable signs.
Nai'o: The legend on the map indicates there should be four more in addition to the one you already found.
Nai'o: The names of the stables all have pictures next to them -- a purple stalk, a tall tree, a rocky cliff, and lake.
Nai'o: I wonder if those could be clues about their locations?
You:
Eh, it's good for me too.
Nai'o: Okay, that makes me feel better. I didn't want to trick you.

Writing in ruins seems tough.
