Hassian: I see. I suppose I shouldn't be surprised that you are interested in Human history.
Hassian: Unfortunately, while I have seen the battery you are looking for...
Hassian: It is no longer in any condition to be used.
You: 
You broke it?
You: Where's the other half?
Hassian: I don't know. He's likely re-buried it somewhere in the Bay.
Hassian: If you're going to go looking for it, I'd suggest checking by my camp in the north.
Hassian: If you discover the other half, perhaps my mother can use her smithy to repair it.
You: 
What happened?
Hassian: Unfortunately, Tau has a habit of digging holes around the Bay. He often finds interesting things while doing so.
Hassian: The other night, he brought back one of his spoils.
Hassian: A Flow battery. Half of one.
You: Where's the other half?
Hassian: I don't know. He's likely re-buried it somewhere in the Bay.
