You know how sometimes in the morning you're hungry but not really that hungry and you overslept and Buttercup needs to be tended? This morning I chopped up a bunch of fruit and mixed in some honey and milk. It was so good it almost masked the flavor of the protein powder I piled in!

Here's how to make it: - Chop Piksii Berries, blueberries, and apples. - Add honey and milk. Mix together.
