You: What happened to your booth?
Hodari: It's not really my booth that's the problem. I had some merchandise set off accidentally in my shed at home.
Hodari: And while we lost some stock, that's not what I'm the most troubled by.
You:
What happened?
Hodari: The explosion destroyed a little New Year's surprise I had planned for Najuma.
Hodari: She'd been complaining about our houses' lack of...plumbing...so I made all the stuff to make a proper indoor outhouse for her. But it got destroyed in the fire.
Hodari: Now I have to decide between running the shop and buildin' new furniture.
You: Or I could help you...
Hodari: I don't usually like holdin' my hand out askin' for a helpin' hand, but if it'll help my little girl smile then I guess I don't have a choice.
You: Any clues on who did it?
Hodari: Well, now that you mention it, I did find this by the explosion.
Hodari: (Hodari hands you a strange scale.)
You:
Uh oh...
