Dialogue with Subira

Subira: I was wondering if it was near the old manor up the hill.

Subira: You see, that house used to belong to the Enfield family.

Subira: They were notorious weapons manufacturers during the Unification Wars.

Subira: The Warring Provinces period was bloody...but some of their methods were...questionable, even for that time period.

Subira: In fact, the Enfields' efforts were what eventually led to the ban on magic during the first Council.

Subira: It's no surprise that the Enfields came here to Umbraan territory after the war...given they could no longer practice their lives' work.

Subira: Still, I thought the manor had been abandoned for hundreds of years since the last Enfield died during a failed immortality experiment.

Subira: Which means that either the Echo presence is much older than we thought...or the immortality experiment wasn't as failed as we thought.

Subira: Either way, I'd like to send this forward to my colleagues. Good work, {playername}.
