The Gardener: Thank you for returning my hub. You may now leave.
You: Water PersonalityWhat about the pup?
The Gardener: There is nothing you can do for that thing. It is best to abandon it to the woods.
You: What did you see?
The Gardener: In my experience, laying out the clear and present danger of a situation has never stopped a Human from making a foolish mistake.
The Gardener: It would be illogical to suspect this time could be any different. However, I suspect you will not stop even if I continue to withhold information.
The Gardener: That was not a Galdur pup. It may have inhabited the form of one, but that is where the similarities cease.
The Gardener: The cursed energy you and the alchemist cleansed from it was not external- that was the creature's true form.
The Gardener: All your ritual did was force it to condense. It likely took whatever form it saw reflected within you.
The Gardener: Even if I desired continuing to assist you, my Runeworking would prohibit me from doing so.
The Gardener: I suggest you look elsewhere, if you intend to continue down the path of your ancestors' greatest folly.
The Gardener: As a consolation, have another piece of candy.
Rewards:
You: Fire PersonalityI thought we were getting supplies?
The Gardener: That was a falsehood to ensure you returned to the Garden. Now that I have ensured your safety, the ruse is no longer necessary.

You: Air PersonalityYou're acting weird, man.
The Gardener: I am acting logically as a reaction to an established danger. You would do well to follow my lead.

You: Earth PersonalityYou saw something in the diagnostics.
The Gardener: I suggest you forget the diagnostics and leave that thing to its fate.
