Have you felt that chill in the air? Seen the snow on the ground? Eeek! I can barely contain my excitement. It's almost Winterlights!!!!!! And this year I get to not only celebrate it with Reth, but with you too! Winterlights is just the best tradition. We light super cute candles with the people we love to symbolize hope for a new spring during the darkest time of the year. But that's not all! We also eat yummy food and share stories about what happened in the past year. I realized as your Shepp that it would be just plain mean to leave you out of the fun. Soooo.....I sent you a candle. You can light it and swap stories with people you care about. Or even those you want to get to know better? PS - Jina told me that in ancient human times, people used to bring a tree inside and decorate it for a holiday they called "Frostide." So I thought of a nifty way to combine the traditions. I sent you a tree and you can get decorations for it from the people you share candles with. Pretty cool, huh?
